Eucalyptus

Anise

peaceful night's sleep.
Indians used aniseed against wind. It stimulates digestion. Light expectorant so softens and relieves coughs and sore throats.
Menthol

Cinnamon
Hakhoning with cinnamon is antiseptic and astringent, gives you a warm
